Vegetarian hot pot is a familiar dish in the “menu” of the association of those who are afraid of being fat and even those who love vegetarianism. 2! Beautiful will suggest you two “specialty” vegetarian hot pot restaurants in University Village that make Saigon teenagers fall in love with super bargain prices below.
Hoang Dat Vegetarian Hot PotHoang Dat Vegetarian Hotpot is a chain of vegetarian hotpot restaurants that has appeared for a long time in the university village area. The owner of the restaurant is a vegetarian and a devotee, so the cooking method is very vegan. Hoang Dat’s hot pot is stewed from fresh vegetables and fruits, so it is very clear, has a natural sweetness, a rich sweetness, and is not harsh on MSG.
The accompaniments of hot pot here are super many including dandelion, tofu, abalone mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, corn, … are bought new daily to ensure green – clean. Especially the restaurant’s exclusive vegetarian sausage, eating very strangely, biting into a very soft piece, like melting in the mouth. The chao dipping part is prepared by the owner according to her own secret, the chao is pureed with fresh chili and forms a thick paste. Chao has a super delicious taste, is the “hero” that makes vegetarian hot pot full of flavor, whoever eats it will remember it forever.

The price here is calculated per capita, one part 35,000/person, if in groups of 3 or more people will be reduced to 30,000/person. My favorite thing to eat at the restaurant is extra vegetables, extra vermicelli, extra instant noodles are all free (for extra mushrooms, extra charge). In addition, the shop also serves more drinks such as passion fruit, yogurt, soft drinks with the same price of 10 thousand / cup, soya 5 thousand / glass.

Vegetarian Hotpot Huu DuyenAlthough born late after giving birth, but Huu Duyen vegetarian hot pot is a name that has never cooled down on the race “Top of the best vegetarian hot pot restaurants in the university village”. Most of the vegetarian hotpot restaurants in the University Village are priced at 35,000 VND/person, and Huu Duyen vegetarian hotpot is no exception.

The first impression of the students to Huu Duyen is that the space is very clean and airy, the staff is dedicated and attentive. The hot pot portion is 70,000 VND/ for 2 people, but it is quite full, which is tofu ki, white tofu, vegetarian ribs, vegetarian rolls, carrots,…Vegetables are served with spinach, loofah, enoki mushrooms. abalone mushrooms…
The taste of Huu Duyen hot pot is faintly fragrant with lemongrass, the taste is frugal and rich, conquering even the most demanding guests in the first taste. Huu Duyen’s dipping sauce is greasy, has the pungent taste of chili, it’s great to eat on rainy days.

In addition to ensuring the quality of each dish, Huu Duyen vegetarian hotpot also regularly organizes attractive promotions such as: 30% off for those who have a birthday in the month plus a small gift, 20% off For those of you who come to the shop for the first time. Surprisingly, when walking to the shop, you will get “free” water; Every Saturday, Sunday, every week, there will be “free” dessert fruit….
If you have the opportunity to come to the University Village, invite your friends to come here to try it, make sure to eat it.

Restaurants With Unique Service Styles In Vietnam Make Diners’ Experience Both Interesting And Unforgettable
People’s demand for food is increasing, leading to many restaurants being opened to serve diners. In the midst of the vast ocean of restaurants, creating their own highlights and qualities makes the restaurants constantly creative. Besides the restaurants that attract customers with beautiful views or luxurious spaces, there are still restaurants that create unique features with a strange service style, bringing customers interesting and unforgettable moments.
Zipline skaters serve “flying chicken”This restaurant located in Da Lat city used to be popular on social networks with a super strange service style with an impressive “flying chicken” dish. Far from the traditional way of serving food and drinks, this restaurant has had amazing creativity when employees slide a 45m zipline to bring food to the table for guests.

This literal “flying chicken” dish has made many diners wide-eyed. Specifically, when the chicken dish is finished processing, the staff hangs themselves on a pulley, holding a hot plate of chicken in their hand and then rushes to the guest’s seat.
In particular, this grilled chicken dish is left whole with a flying shape that makes many people more interested. However, this unique dish also made many diners laugh and cry when the waiter stopped but the chicken kept flying away.
The service style is very unique with literal and figurative flying chicken.- Source: @thodiadalat
Most diners find the restaurant’s unique service style quite interesting, many people also come from there to experience the food. Besides, there are also many opinions that staff and guests should be careful because zipline skating can also cause unintended injuries.
The owner rides a tram to serve flying phoIf Da Lat has a “flying chicken” dish, Hanoi also has a “flying pho”, but the flying method of this pho restaurant is different. The “unique” in the way this dish is served is done by the owner himself with the act of holding a bowl of pho as if flying on a balance tram.

No wonder is the famous pho restaurant on Tran Te Xuong street, Ba Dinh district. Although the shop has been open for nearly 30 years, this unique service style has only been implemented by the owner since the Covid-19 epidemic appeared and has remained the same until now.
Not only carrying calves, but sometimes the owner also brings a tray of pho to the guests.- Source: @Chi Hieu
Many diners come to the shop partly because of the mouth-watering taste of pho, and partly because of this guy’s circus-like acting skills. Not only does the pho “surf” on the balance tram, sometimes the owner also shows some more difficult movements such as putting pho on his head and spinning in a circle.
Staff roller skating to carry foodThe style of serving both rollerblading and carrying things for guests is not too new, but it is still a highlight that attracts many customers. Recently, a clip of a staff member at a restaurant in Thu Duc impressed diners when they performed carrying food on extremely skillful roller skates.
The very ingenious serving skills of the service make many diners interesting.- Source: @Oliu

Many guests invite each other to come to the restaurant to witness this unique service style, besides many people are afraid that just a little bit of a thing will cause the food to be nowhere to be found. However, in order to serve this kind of service, in addition to a couple of stumbles, proficiency must also be put on top like a real skater, but the life cycle is pushed to work as a restaurant waiter.

Experience With Two Young Children Traveling Through Vietnam
Pham Hien and Quoc Hung are both 28 years old, and currently living in Phu Tho . They shared that, during the two years of the Covid-19 epidemic, the whole family was mostly at home, rarely seeing people. Especially after giving birth to her second child, Ms. Hien left Hanoi for Phu Tho and stayed with her child almost all day, for two years. So before the children went back to school, the family had a trip through Vietnam together, both to satisfy their passion for traveling and to have many memories together.
Family of four visits the historical site of Kim Lien village, Nghe An.
Prepare before the trip
Hien shares a trip across Vietnam with her children unlike with adults, so planning and preparation are important. They divide the work clearly, stack car maintenance, and make a list of places to go and time. The car they use is a 7-seat Hyundai Santa Fe 2023 so it is spacious. 4-year-old son has his own seat to ensure safety when driving.
Furnishings are prepared for the whole family and the reservation is handled by Hien. Because she was traveling with a small child, she had a full range of fever-reducing medicines, digestive enzymes, allergy medicine, saline, cough medicine… In addition, they also brought snacks, pillows, strollers, and utensils. familiar to the child. About the hotel, at each destination Hien will book a room about 2 days before arrival, because the destination is usually not fixed. You refer to the reviews through social networks, booking channels chúng tôi or Agoda.
Families give preference to hotels with swimming pools, breakfast for children.
Detailed schedule
Most of the destinations chosen by families are places near nature, with the sea, a garden for children to experience, or a resort with a play area for children. In each place, they stay at least one night, many places usually 2-3 nights.
On April 21, the family departed from Phu Tho to Vinh City, Nghe An . They stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights to visit the Lotus Village in Uncle Ho’s hometown, have fun at Cua Lo beach, a children’s play area for you to play tram cars, fish…
On April 23, they went from Vinh to Hue city and stayed for 2 nights. The experiences here are boating on the Perfume River, listening to Hue folk songs, releasing lanterns, visiting Tu Duc Tomb, Citadel, Thien Mu Pagoda, An Hien garden house…
On April 25, they moved to Da Nang and Hoi An , Quang Nam, stayed here for 3 nights, experienced My Khe beach bathing, visited Linh Ung pagoda on Son Tra peninsula, visited Hoi An ancient town, and went swimming. Boats on the river, drop lanterns.
On April 28, they went to Quy Nhon, stayed at FLC Quy Nhon, and went out to eat in the city. Because it was raining, the whole family could not explore the sights here.
On May 1, the whole family went to Nha Trang city to stay for three nights, in which the main thing was staying at the resort and swimming in the sea. The family also visited the Institute of Oceanography and other downtown destinations.
On May 4, they moved to Phan Thiet city, stayed at a resort in Mui Ne, and visited Bau Trang and Ong Dia rock.
On May 6 and 7, the whole family stopped in Vung Tau and arrived at the final destination, Ho Chi Minh City.
On May 9, on the way back to the North, they went to Dak Nong to visit relatives. On 11-14/5, run back to Kon Tum, Hue, Nghe An, and Phu Tho and do not visit any other attractions.
During the journey, Ms. Hien’s family was most impressed with Thua Thien Hue because of its friendly, gentle people and many historical attractions. “Especially in Hue, there are many delicious dishes that are cheaper than many other destinations,” Hien said. Her family also loves Vietnam’s sea route, seeing everywhere is beautiful but most impressive in Nha Trang.
Some notes and costs
When the family chose to go to Vietnam, it was not too hot, but warm enough to experience the sea. On the way and at the entertainment spots, they focus on adding water and fruit to the members to ensure their health. Self-driving cars so they can choose a restaurant far away, as long as there are good reviews. Therefore, during the whole trip, the members did not have digestive problems or colds and fevers.
Traveling with small children, the destinations can be flexibly changed depending on the condition and emotions of each day. They often spend a lot of time at the beach, and swimming pool in the hotel. On hot sunny days, priority should be given to resting a lot, instead of driving far away or visiting too many spots.
Hien shared that her family is quite cost-effective. In which, fuel and road costs are about 10 million VND. The cost of the hotel is about 9 million VND, not including 2 nights of stay in Quy Nhon and some places like Ho Chi Minh City, and Dak Nong to stay at relatives’ houses. The cost of meals during the journey is about 15 million VND. Ms. Hien shared the savings in food because her family does not like to eat seafood, and mainly eats rice, pho and local specialties. The remaining 12 million VND for sightseeing fees and buying souvenirs.
“My two children have gone black a lot, but they are also strong after the journey. Especially the trip through Vietnam also helps them have natural lessons such as reading numbers from looking at room numbers. Changing the environment, and meeting many people also help her older child, who is shy, is now bolder, ready to make new friends,” Hien shared. For her, the age of accompanying the child is not as important as having the whole family have good memories together.

Review 8 Tiếng “Work From Hotel” Tại Hôtel Des Arts Saigon
